Every candidate you source is yours. First-to-source wins ownership, and it stays with you even if someone else touches the record later.

We are the infrastructure

You never buy an ATS seat, a LinkedIn tool, an email domain, or a contract template. It is all provided, day one, at no cost to you.

Uncapped, commission-only

No salary and no ceiling. You are paid on collected fees, and your split rises when you both sign the client and place the candidate.

How you get paid

Commission-only, based on fees the client actually pays. Your split depends on how much of the deal you own.

The standard client fee is 20% of the candidate's first-year base salary. You can negotiate higher, and your commission scales with it.
You are paid within 15 business days of the client's payment clearing.
Fees paid in installments pay you proportionally as each installment comes in.
No advances, no draws, no repayment. If a fee is never collected, there is no commission on it.
Every deal, payment, and projection is visible on your earnings dashboard in real time.

Example: a candidate placed at a $120,000 base at the standard 20% fee is a $24,000 fee. Full cycle, that is $12,000 to you on one placement.

FAQ

The honest answers

Is this really commission-only?

Yes. There is no base salary and no draw. You are a 1099 independent contractor paid on collected fees. The upside is that your split is high and uncapped, and there is no cost to you for any of the tools.

Do I need my own book of business or clients?

No. You can work existing Acclaim clients and earn 40% on those placements from day one. If you bring in your own clients, your split goes up to 50% when you also place the candidate.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No desk fee, no software fee, no setup cost. Acclaim provides the ATS, sourcing tools, email, website, contracts, invoicing, and back-office at no charge. You invest your time and effort.

Which industries can I recruit in?

Our core is freight forwarding, logistics, 3PL, drayage, and supply chain, and that is where the warm client base is. You can develop clients in other verticals you know well too. Talk to the Acclaim team about fit.

Is it remote?

Fully remote, anywhere in the United States. You run your desk on your own schedule.

What happens if a placement falls off?

Acclaim is replacement-first with a 60-day guarantee window. If your placement leaves inside 60 days, you refill the same role at no new fee to the client. We would rather protect the client relationship than refund it, and the Acclaim team helps you manage retention risk early.

When do I get a 1099?

We issue a 1099-NEC for any contractor paid more than $2,000 in a calendar year, sent by January 31 of the following year.
