3PL Warehouse Manager

A growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider is hiring a Warehouse Manager to own the day-to-day operations of their fulfillment center. This is an on-site role for a hands-on operator who leads from the floor, drives continuous improvement, and thrives in a team-first culture. What you will do • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns • Implement and sustain Lean and Six Sigma practices to reduce waste, increase accuracy, and improve throughput • Develop and track KPIs across order accuracy, cycle time, productivity, and inventory accuracy • Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team while building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement • Collaborate cross-functionally with 3PL partners and internal teams to meet service-level agreements and optimize supply chain flow • Own compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and internal policies • Drive warehouse layout optimization, equipment utilization, and process standardization • Leverage WMS (Warehouse Management System) and related technology for data-driven decisions What we are looking for • 3 to 5 or more years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, ideally in a 3PL environment • Proficiency operating standard warehouse equipment • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required • Proven track record implementing process improvements and leading operational transformations • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills • Experience with modern WMS platforms and ERP systems • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities • Three verifiable professional references required with resume Job type: Full-time.
