Independent Recruiter (1099) – Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain

Acclaim Recruiters is adding independent recruiters to our team. This is a commission-only 1099 role for people who want to run their own recruiting desk under an established brand, with the entire back office provided. You bring the industry knowledge and the drive. We provide the applicant tracking system, LinkedIn sourcing tools, a company email on Google Workspace, the CRM, contract templates, invoicing and collections, a public job board, and back-office support. There is no cost to you for any of it. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Source candidates in freight forwarding, logistics, 3PL, drayage, and supply chain using our tools. Every candidate you source is yours. - Screen candidates and log detailed notes that feed our AI-assisted client submissions. - Submit candidates to clients from your own company email with a polished, client-ready write-up. - Manage interviews and offers through the pipeline. - Optionally develop your own client relationships for a larger share of each fee. HOW YOU GET PAID - Commission-only, based on fees the client actually pays. - 40% when you place a candidate at an existing Acclaim client. - 50% when you both sign the client and place the candidate (full cycle). - 15% when you sign a new client and another recruiter fills the role. - The standard client fee is 20% of first-year base salary, and you can negotiate higher. - Paid within 15 business days of the client's payment clearing. No draws, no desk fees. WHO THIS IS FOR - Experienced recruiters in logistics or supply chain who want to keep a bigger share of what they bill. - Industry professionals who know the market and want to move into recruiting with a proven system. - Self-directed closers comfortable in a commission-only, fully remote role.
