## About the role
A fast-growing supply chain consulting and transportation technology company in South Florida is hiring an Implementation Manager focused on Parcel and Freight implementations. The company takes a consultative approach that dramatically reduces transportation and supply chain costs through Audit, Claims, Business Intelligence, Optimization, and TMS services — uncovering hidden, unnecessary expenses and turning them into unbiased, actionable data that improves clients' bottom lines.

You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Technology, and Accounting to ensure accurate system setup, on-time delivery, and a strong client experience. This role requires the active use of AI-enabled tools to support data analysis, process optimization, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
## What you'll own
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation across all modes of transportation (Parcel & Freight) for Audit, Claims, Bill Pay, TMS, and Negotiation Services.
- Transition clients to Operations or Key Account Management with client-specific SOPs as needed.
- Maintain and evolve client configurations post-implementation, and manage client offboardings as needed.
- Partner with Sales during pre-implementation to shape scope, timelines, and feasibility.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to analyze implementation data, identify risks, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows.
- Validate and apply professional judgment to AI-assisted outputs to protect data integrity and client alignment.
- Lead RFP and carrier onboarding efforts related to implementation.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives using automation and intelligent tooling.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
## What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience supporting or leading logistics, transportation, or supply chain implementations.
- Ongoing use of AI-enabled tools to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve operational and business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong email and calendar management skills.

- Remote (U.S.).
- Competitive salary plus company benefits.
