Bruce McMillan (Owner) is open to structuring around the right candidate. **Hard requirement: Texas-based.** Houston (strongly preferred) / Dallas / Austin only. Bruce will not consider candidates outside these three metros. ## What Bee-Line does Last-mile courier / final-mile delivery service specializing in shipments 10,000 lbs and under. ## The hire A high-performing sales professional who can bring an existing book of business that converts to Bee-Line **immediately**. Cold prospecting alone is not the play — Bruce is buying immediate revenue from relationships the candidate already owns. ## Level flexibility Open to any of three structures, depending on candidate strength + preference: - **Sales Rep** — pure individual contributor, focused on revenue from their book - **Ops Manager** — sales + light ops / operational oversight - **General Manager** — full P&L responsibility for the territory / market Bruce will tailor the title, scope, and comp to the right candidate.
